Our hand selected racks are tender, meaty and bursting with flavor, lightly drizzled with a tangy sweat BBQ sauce that has a slight “kick” but not too spicy, just right. We serve our ribs with a fresh garden salad, ranch dressing and house made Chips.
This is our signature dish, look at that smoke ring! We start with choice USDA cuts of beef, a brine of fresh oranges, lemons, sea salt, onions, garlic, brown sugar, black pepper and molasses, then finish it with a dry rub of “secrete” herbs and spices. After 10 hours in the smoker it literally melts in your mouth.
Our select cuts of USDA premium bone-in pork are slow smoked for 12 hours, the meat actually falls off the bone when it’s done. A little of our famous BBQ sauce and you’ll agree, the best pulled pork west of the Mississippi.
Farm fresh (bone-in thighs) pulled like pork and served on a fresh baked bun with our signature BBQ-ranch sauce.
8 oz. of premium Angus beef hand-packed, smoked and topped with crisp lettuce, fresh tomato and our signature BBQ sauce. “Voted best burger in the valley”. Add Pulled pork and pepper-jack or cheddar cheese for the ultimate burger experience.
